Shipping:

We use a combination of 2 shipping services depending on the your location and size of parcel:

All parcels are insured with tracking.
Shipping can take anything from 7 days to 4 months (due to Covid related delays at the post office). Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorization.
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
All orders are shipped double boxed with relevant labels.
International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
